This notice explains how Tile Wise Limited ("we") uses personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number (if you give it), the showroom you choose and your message. Our web server also keeps short-term technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and stop abuse of the enquiry form.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to deal with anything that follows from it, such as a quote or order. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We don't use enquiry details for marketing and we don't sell or share them, other than with our IT provider, who hosts this website and our email.

How long we keep it

Enquiries arrive as emails and are kept in our mailboxes for as long as needed to deal with them and meet our business record-keeping obligations. The website itself does not store your enquiry. Server logs are deleted after a short period.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@tilewise.com or writing to our head office at 10-14 Enterprise Mews, Sea King Road, Lynx Trading Estate, Yeovil, BA20 2NZ. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
